OUR PROCESS
In the event of an accident, we recommend our customers to call us first prior to calling their insurer. Debbie in our front reception has been in the industry for the past 15 years and knows only too well what your going through. She is friendly, informative and always willing to go that extra mile for our customers. We value her as a part of our team and know that your in good hands when you first make contact with us.
Kerrie is also an integral part of the Kilmore Smash Repairs team helping out on a number of tasks.
Our experience with Insurer’s has taught us that they do not always understand what its like to reside in a “rural” area, and that heading down to Melbourne to have our cars inspected is not a five minute drive but rather an 80km one way trip. Keep in mind, you DO NOT have to do this, call us first for more information.

2) Once we have assisted you in lodging a claim, we will then quote your vehicle and forward all necessary information to your insurer.
3) In some cases, a hire vehicle can be obtained or one of our loan vehicles can be organized or even emergency repairs to keep you on the road.
4) Once your claim has been authorized by your insurer, we will repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition and return it to you repaired, cleaned and a complimentary accident notebook for you to keep in your vehicle.
